Terms & Conditions
Room Capacity
Cabins & Chalet are designed for couples and comfortably accommodate two adults in
either a king size or twin single beds.
A third person can be accommodated in lounge sofa bed.
Check-In – 2pm
Check-Out – 10.00 – 11.00 am
Room Rates
All rates are inclusive of GST and are firm at time of deposit; otherwise subject to change
without notice.
Room rates include a continental breakfast hamper, or as stated otherwise
Cancellations/Rebooking
Transfer or cancellation made up to 21 days prior to arrival incur a $25.00 fee. Or 15% if
through a booking agent. Refunds after this time is subject to the room being re-let.
We strongly suggest travel insurance to cover any such losses due to cancellation.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of reservation being made
Early Departure
No refunds are possible if you cut your stay short, as we generally cannot re-let a cabin at
short notice.
No Show
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card, if you have not paid by credit
card you will be invoiced the full amount.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed on the property

No pets allowed
