In our Italian cooking class, you will learn how to make a delicious feast, covering basic Italian cooking techniques. We will show you how to make & roll your own pasta and with a little practice you’ll soon be creating your own pasta, using good quality ingredients, and making a variety of shapes to create dishes such as Tortellini, Tagiliatelle etc.
Antipasto to whet the appetite, a hearty polenta and a well-known Tiramisu are Italian comfort foods you create. Our coastal Aromatic herbs, fresh vegetables and cheeses are akin the Mediterranean region. Our Chef assists you to make an Italian banquet of delicious dishes.
