From Brisbane:
Note: Main Roads will switch the existing Maroochydore Road of eastbound lanes to NEW
carriageway from Thursday 6th November 2008 weather permitting. Please follow main road
signs or directions below.
Travel north on M1 (Bruce Highway), take the Nambour/Maroochydore exit than
follow Maroochydore at roundabout and head east towards Maroochydore .
Amended Road change:
1. Exit, after roundabout Nambour/Maroochydre, at Sandalwood Rd and take Old
Maroochydore Road travel to Eudlo Flats Rd and take left turn underneath the new
Maroochydore Rd than follow the instruction from (2)
1.a If you miss the exit to Sandalwood - At Intersection of Set of lights turn right at the
Pike/Kilick Street intersection and right onto the old Maroochydore Road.
2. Turn right into Eudlo Flats Road formally Ti-Tree Road.
3 Travel 1.1 km, proceed to second left into Malones Road at a T junction.
4. Drive 500 meters to the bend in Malones Road. Ahead where a purple day spa sign on
the right hand side, this is at 51 Malones Rd.
5. Follow easement road to top of mountain pass 3 house on left, small belt of trees, pass the
chalets, take road to right to the main gold building at the top and car park.
